Brake Pad Replacement?

(1) My front and rear pads need to be changed. How hard is it to do? I checked the rotors and i don't fell any groves,so i don't think i need them turned.
(2) Which pads are the best? I thought that i would just go to the local autozone and get some. They have Performance Friction and Raybestos pads. Any ones that you guys think would be better. The ones i have now drive me crazy with the brake dust. Thanks

Front pads are really easy to change, but I'm not sure about the rear. They are held in by allen screws instead of a regular hex bolt though, which makes it a little harder to pull it out. The bolts kind of stick in there, and can be tricky to get out the first time.
