Arrow Brake Break in Procedure

I just got new fronts (calipers and pads) put in. Does anyone know a good break in procedure to significantly increase the pad life? I did a search and found some threads mentioning it, but didn't come across any instructions on what to do Hope someone's able to fill me in here

Baer's procedure is good for HP pads.

Another, somewhat simpler procedure is 20-30 1/2 g (medium braking) stops from 45-55 mph, like in suburban traffic. Allow a few minutes between stops, and you don't have to do it in the first few miles.

You are trying to get the pads and rotors intimately acquainted.
Sometimes a gradual approch makes a relationship last longer.

After that, try a hard stop from 65 or so. If you get into ABS cycling on dry pavement at 65, it's probably a little too hard. Of course, if you've never done that, you really should consider trying it under controlled conditions before you have to do it "in anger".
