Bottom end suggestions

I am going over what I wanna do with my rebuild this summer. I plan on running either a comp XFI grind, or a custom BRE cam. Having the motor bored .030 over. I was looking for rebuild kits, and ran across the Summit kit. I plan on spraying a 150 shot on top of it, so here is my list of parts.

I am going to subsititute the pistons for a Mahle PowerPak

That brings the cost of the rebuild kit to about $900, I called and talked to them there at Summit.

Then for rods I plan on running these 6" Scat I-Beams

I plan on using all ARP hardware and having my stock crank polished. Think this will be good enough to handle about 350 on motor plus a 150 shot and upgrading the heads later on? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Does that kit include the Cloyes double roller timing chain? Also, does it have an oil pump with it?
