Bottom end ?
Is the bottom end of a Caprice or Impala the same as a Camaro or Firebird. I need a short block and this will help me find one if they are.

Yes, the only difference was the Heads. F-Body cars got aluminum and G or whatever body (Impala/Caprice) got Iron heads.
