Bosch Oil filters

Autozone no longer carries Mobil 1 filters m1-202, so they gave me a Bosch 3322 especially for using mobil 1 oil. Anybody use these?

I just use the K&N filter, part 2002. I dont know how the bosch compares at $5-6. I know their O2 sensors are junk.

I only use the bosch oil filters now, I really like them. The mobile 1 filters are overpriced, and i went from them to the bosch, and love em.

The Bosch premium is made by the same company who makes both the Mobil 1 and K&N oil filter. The Bosch premium doesn't filter out as small of a particle as the Mobil 1, but it flows a little bit better. Not as good of a flow as the K&N though. With a hard driven car, flow is more important than filtering out small particles, especially in an LT1, which has large enough clearances that a 20 micron or smaller particle can pass through without causing much if any wear.

I use the K&N HP3002 on my car and the K&N HP1004 on my wife's Civic.
