Borls Installation Problem

I noticed when I had new brake pads put on that my pipe was touching the heat shield(I beleive it's for the gas tank), and that the drive shaft has made a dent in the pipe from cotact with it, but when I put it on there was none at all, the clearance looked good all around, could this be due to the thing expanding due to the heat?, I thought the manufacturer would have taken this into account already.

Something's probably a little loose. Get under there and wiggle stuff around. About all I can advise, unless other people have the same problem with Borla.

No, I haven't had this problem. I could see this happening if all of those clamps weren't tight enough, though..

Thanks for the replys, im going to loosen the pipes and get things back in order then make the clamps extra tight, I know when i was clamping it down the first time I was worried about the clamps being too tight and having them break on me.
