I'm interested in any and all reports of problems with fit-up or interference on LT1 or LS1 Borla cat-back exhaust installs.

I have two kits which have the same problem -- the Y-pipe (just behind the axle) which splits to the muffler and to the 3-bolt flange doesn't seem right. It runs into the body just above the axle. This is unacceptable. So I'm trying to convince Borla that they have a problem and need to review their design. Any similar experiences?
