Bolt in or weld in re-location brackets?
Whats better? I would think weld in because they are cheaper, you dont have to worry about them coming loose, and they are probably stronger. Then again bolt in doesn't require the welding, and isn't going to be there for good if you ever want to remove them. So whats the better way to go?

Your only positive point for bolt in was you can remove them in case you dont need them....and thats a falacy.
The brackets offer the stock mounting position, so you dont have to adjust the LCA angle at all if you chose not to, or dont like the way it acts with it in the lower holes. Weld in is the way to go
