The first thing anyone should do to a bone stock Camaro is to put on a CAI system. No arguement....hands down.

Agreed. BUT best band for the buck has to be N2O. 125 ponies for $700......can't beat that with a stick.

If your going naturally aspirated then I would suggest a balanced bolt on approach because all the bolt ons will work together to make you faster.
I would also start with a CAI in this case.
BUT,
Nitrous is the great equalizer and you can go pretty fast with just a nitrous kit.
One local guy has stock air box and stock manifolds and is running 12s.

The way I would, (and I currently am) doing things.

1. Intake + TB Bypass
2. Muffler (& or cutout)
3. Take a break and save alot of money up for some headers.

I voted cutout for $30 it seems somewhat worth it. In reality tho for 500-600 nitrous is by far the best bang for buck

You can if you just toss it on a totally stock car...probably not the smartest idea...

The beauty of Nitrous is if you set it up right it CAN be used safely on a completely stock car.

I thought the biggest hit a stock LT-1 motor could take safely of N20 was like 35 or something?
I dunno I tossed the bottle...but I do miss it.

On a stock car, I think the best bang for the buck is a cutout. Saves you a little bit of money over buying a catback system and also makes a little more power than just a catback.
Then it's the cold air induction kit, then catback. I've gone through this route not just one time, so I would say the next thing WORTH doing is headers. Then you can do a stall if you have an automatic and gears (both auto and m6).

Also programming is a very good mod. I've seen consistent 13 RWHP gains on stock or close to stock cars, so considering that it can be as cheap as $80 for a 93-95 car, it's really worth it.

1. Intake
2. Exhaust Kit
3. Headers
4. Cutout
5. Would say N20...but seriously wouldn't use it on anything that's not ported.

And on the A4 a Converter Deff be a No.1 hit.
up to .5 off with the right one.

Since I have an A4 the best bang for the buck is the TC. I had it put in a couple months ago. For $310 bucks I knocked off 4 tenths in the 1/4.

Definitely Nitrous. I had it on my Z28 with only a SLP converter, CAI, 3.73's, Borla, and ran 12.2's and 12.3's.
