Bolt holes under throttle cover

Just wondering if these need to have something in them or not. The throttle cover had two male parts that went into the holes but i found a little bit of green coolant on them, but it could be from when I had a hose leak or when I bypassed the TB. SO do I have to put something in them to seal it up or is it cool to leave it uncovered?

The bottom male plugs go into the two bolt holes.

The LT1 intake manifold is "dry".... there is no way coolant can get in the holes, other than from an external source.

The reason they are threaded is because there are brachets that bolt there in some applications. There is a brace that bolts on there that goes behind the A/C compressor and alternator on the vettes.
