I would recommend going with a BMR. Seems to be a better built piece.

I've got the PA chromoly drag version right now with no complaints. BMR took the extra step and built part of the motor mount into the k-member. I would prolly have gone with the BMR but it wasn't out when I bought mine. I did have a little trouble bolting my mounts to the PA so I unless PA has updated their design I would suggest the BMR.

Both are great companys and both stand behind their products very well. BMR is local to me so I guess I'm a little biased. I have met Jason from PA as well and have to say that's he will be there if you have a problem, ready to take care of things.

If you are using the stock oil pan I would get the BMR unit. I like the idea of the integrated motor mount/bracket.

If you are getting an after market oil pan like Canton I would get the PA unit since you will need to be able to shim the motor mounts so the pan doesn't contact the stearing rack.

I have some pictures of the PA K Member on my site under the 2001/2002rebuild page.
