If your car is stock, I'd go with the regular adjustable arm.

The Spohn tq arm is a lot easier to install than the BMR track pak, or Extreme duty. There is no welding involved with the spohn.

Yep I have one.

I got the poly mount instead of the spherical to reduce road noise. There is still some road noise and I can really feel my A4 shift now. I installed it that same time as BMR LCA's and drop brackets so I cant tell you how much it did as far as traction, once you pull off the stock tq arm and look at it you will be glad you replaced it.

Since you have LONGTUBES they make a different tq arm so it fits the ypipe. http://www.spohn.net/product.cfm?productid=1331
