BMR torque arm hitting floor pan (???)

I recently discovered that my BMR torque arm (long style that mounts at the stock locations) has been hitting my floor pan on the driver's side of the tunnel under rear suspension compression. The bracket on the pumpkin seemed to be where most of the clearance problem was (and it had done some obviously self-clearancing). I was able to adjust the problem out with my adjustable PHR, but even then it's close. Has anyone else had this problem?

Not yet. Mine is close as well, even tried to use the inside holes on the TA itself but that was a no go. I have been keeping an eye on it and no problems yet but I have not done a WOT throttle launch yet.
