BMR/Spohn parts install. Need Help. Please!!
I began installing some of my suspension parts this afternoon. I finished off the BMR control arm's, Spohn Panhard Rod and rear stabilizer bar. I'll try to throw on the Torque arm tomorrow.
None of my parts came with instructions so I did the best I could (I've never installed those parts before).
My question's are, how much do I tighten
(foot-pounds) the bolts on the control Arms, sway bar and Pan-hard Rod? How about the end links?
When I tighten everything down, should the car be jacked up in the air? Or should it have the wheels on and be sitting on the ground?
Anything I should be taking into consideration when installing the Torque arm tomorrow?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The sooner the better since I'm going back to my parents house tomorrow to finish off the rest of the stuff.
I'll ppost some pic's of what I've done so far on my webpage as soon as I get the chance,
Thanks.

Tighten the LCAs and PHB TIGHT. Tighten the endlinks until they bottom out. (At least that how the ones BMR uses are, I forget the brand)
The car should be on the ground or on ramps, with the weight of the car on the wheels.
When you install the torque arm you will need to let the rear axle lower a long way from the car to get the bolts out.
