BMR LCA relocation brackets

I just bought the bolt on on LCA drop brackets and the website says to use the top hole if you have stock ride height and the bottom for lowered. Well I have the stock springs and I was wondering if I would get more traction with it in the bottom hole or would the suspension bind from the angle?
