Do you have cats on it? Mine started smoking like that when I took them off.

Removing the cats won't generate smoke If it's white smoke, it's likely a head gasket. If it's blue smoke, you're burning oil. If it's black smoke, you're running too rich.

My car smokes white a little when its cold out and I start it up in the morning. I have no cats so I think condensation builds up where they used to be.

bad rings should smoke constantly. it appeared in the vid that the smoke clesred up after a few seconds which is most likely valve seals

I would say that was definitely blue smoke,I had an '87 GTA that did the same sort of thing only it was much worse than yours. As mentioned it's probably valve seals if it just occcurs on cold start-ups.

All cars, cats or no cats, will have condensation blow out the tail pipe until the system warms up. You think the old lady in the Accord in front of you removed her cats, yet here exhaust is blowing condensation out the tailpipe

Well, having gutted cats creates a kind of pool for water condensation which would normally be allowed to evaporate out the pipes normally but it gets stuck in the area where the cats used to be and trapped by the lip.
