blower or turbo

blower or turbo

lol i can already see where this is gonna go lol but is it a bad idea for me to put a blower or turbo on my 93 TA when its got 100+ miles on the motor lol dont be to harsh please lol

Yes.

LT1's suck for forced induction. Their too high of compression with too ****ty pistons.

The ring lands will collapse. Blow the motor, and possibly ruin the block.

Or you will spin a bearing.

If you need more horsepower and want to do it the most reliable way, upgrade your fuel pump and spray a 100 shot on it. These motors take N20 pretty well

With a 100k it's no spring chicken. The whole turbo/sc idea is biased. A Turbo LT1 would be pretty awesome though. Either way you're car is going to suffer. All I'm saying is, Pick your poison.

good call thanks for the imput ill stick to the whole bolt on deal and keep goign with that
