I have a 94 Camaro with LT1 . white car , getting carbon type spots on the rear of the car every time I drive it . New to this engine and not sure how the P.C.V. system works or if that's what causes the problem.

 

Carbon on the rear of the car (bumper?) would be an indication of the engine running excessively rich.
