Blocking AIR Tubes On Headers

What should I use to block the AIR tubes on MAC headers? Also it seems like the O2 sensor doesn't want to screw in to easily, they are brand new headers and O2 sensors. Any info is appriciated.

on my 1995, I had to order special bolts that were 7/8 diameter and fine threaded.

I couldnt find them in any hardware store, just an off the wall size.

The guy I bought my headers from simply cut the AIR tube, clamped it shut with a set of pliers and screwed it into in the header.
