Blew out dipstick

Blew out dipstick

On the dyno, it blew out on the second run around 6300 RPM. Is this something I should be worried about? A friend mentioned it might mean a cracked piston.

pcv valve,change it!or put the bolt back in the dipstick tube

I'm sorry, it didn't blow it out the pan, it just blew the "level indicator" out of the tube.

did that to me when i had the pcv thing capped off.. make sure ur PCV valve is good and running under the TB.. also make sure ur valve cover > tb is good

i could make my dipstick pop out everytime i hit 5-6k with the **** blocked its gotta go somewhere

PCV is good but I used the purolator filter on the VC->TB hose. Think it's just that?

nope i gots a purolator to.. will it do it everytime u rev it up or what?

Let's hope it isn't excessive blow by on your rings. Does it still blow the dipstick out? Or was it just that one time?

Yeah, I might do a leakdown this weekend. I raced a guy on the way home and it was good when I got there, so I don't think it's everytime.
