bleeding coolant

After changing the thermo will I have to "bleed" the coolant line? How do you guys suggest I do that. I know there must be an air pocket in there now? Thanks

Depends on what procedure you use to change the thermostat. Have you done it, yet?

You can just check the bleed screws when the system is at normal temp and pressurized. That should get rid of your air.

I already changed to thermo to the 160. but I did it when the motor was cold, so I should just get the car to noraml operating temp and them use the screws to remove the air.?
