just like it says...i want something a lil bit more driveable and not have to worry about setting valves so often. i was just wondering what is the biggest hydraulic cam i can have made/buy for my 396 and roughly how much hp i'd lose or gain?

I have a 254/260 @ .050" solid roller from Comp cams in my 396. Just over .620" lift with the tight lash included. I've adjusted it once and it's holding really well after 10 passes and 400 miles on the street. Something like this would be driveable in a hyd roller version also and it sounds crisp
