Wings West sells them. They normally are part of the FX kit, but can be purchased seperately.
Sorry, don't have the linky.

A larger/lower air dam prevents more air from geting under the car which causes a low pressure area behind the dam (and the radiator) so the air is really sucked thru the radiator rather than "scooped" into it. It generally helps reduce total vehicle drag and can help reduce rear end lift at speed. Done properly, the reduced drag can improve fuel economy. Pretty close to a "free lunch"!

Removing or shortening the stock air dam has just the opposite effects which are mostly all bad.

I believe this applies to most of those mini air dams under many vehicles on the road today. Rather than help direct air up and in front of radiator, helps lower pressure behind radiator, which, as OldSStroker stated, helps pull air through radiator. This by generating a larger pressure differential between area in front, in comparison to area at the rear of radiator.

Without means to identify the path, of the airstream, over, around, and under a vehicle, it's tough to 'visualize' how that invisible medium is reacting to a given body shape, as it 'plows' through the mass of air. What may seem logical, is really not the case.
