Big Problems with McLeod S/T, NEED EXPERTS!

Well, we got the T56 rebuilt, and had the street twin totaly re-done by mcleod.

I installed it like they said, using everything the same as I got it.

But now, when I start it, it makes a rotational sound when the clutch is out, but when the clutch is in, it goes away.

Now I have heard that you need to bleed the master cyl., but I dont know how, and I doubt that could be it.

Or since the tranny was just rebuilt, could it need a lil more fluid, I filled it until it was coming out of the fill hole, but maybe there is some places that wernt full, and sucked up the fluid?

I really dont want to pull this thing back apart, but I dont know what else it could be.

Any ideas, tips, tricks, or common F-ups?

Thanks,
James

PS- this isnt my a4 t/a, this is a buddys 95 m6 t/a

Where is this noise originating from? Does it stop right when you push the pedal in? can you feel any grittiness in the pedal at all. SOunds could possibly be your throwout bearing.. DId you sit the snout of the tranny on it for a lil rest? could have cocked it a bit.. Did this noise arrive when you starte the car the first time? go over everything.. pull the slave out pull off the fork and re seat it on the T/o bearing.. Double check.. Goodluck..
