big problem need help!
I wuz at a carshow 2 nite. and cuple of mustangs and few ricers were doin some revs so i opened up the dump and started to rev. for a few mins. and like outta no where i am leaving the show and my car starts to whine. I have no clue wat the hell it is. i come home park the car. Leave again it went away. Drive around fiugre i get all over it to see how the trani is doin and it starts to wine realy realy bad. But i onli whine when its in drive not in nutral or park. and i will onli whine at low rpms. i mean do dont(hope) that its anything in the trani. Cuz eveything is brand new like 400 miles on it all. Can any one at all help me? i hope its not bad o yea and my vacuume in the motor is fine. So i dont think its a air leak

it sounds like its commin from up front. Like when it ideles in drive it has a tickin noise.
Is there any way i couldda messed up the toqure convter. I mean it is brand new 421 miles on it

hang on... only at low rpms... new stall? whine... coming from up front?
i think thats normal... first thing i noticed after i installed my stall converter when i went to back it up my buddies steep driveway was that it had a little "fake supercharger" whind,wind,winde.....
.... to it... i think its normal...
is the car running fine? no other problems? noises? hesitations? smells? vibes?

it has a little hesitations, and if i am siting at a light with it in drive it clicks. but other then that its good. i mean its still got the power just if i get allove it from a deadstandstill it bogs. but thats just like it sounds a fake supercharger. but why would it start now at 450 miles then when i took it outta the shop?

honestly i don't know why it would start now and not before... but i think you got nothing to worry about...
the clicks are kinda bothering me... go into more detail about that...
"hesitation" is normal as well... a stall makes it seem like you have to give it more gas for the same acceleration... and you do, at partial throttle... but it preforms WAY better at WOT...
don't ask me why this is... also, don't ask me how me pressing these keys with my fingers delivers a message to you, across the country... it just does.... dunno why.... long as it works

mean from a dead stop its not that good

is this AFTER the converter swap?
which brand/stall speed is the new converter?
if the car was dead stopped, and you floored it... you should be doing a decent burnout, with a stall....
yea liek it started last nite. i donno the brand of the converter but is a 2400 stall. I use to roast the tires up at the light then after the show last nites its hard to get it goin anywhere

well then thats a problem i don't feel comfortable diagnosing... could be a billion things to me if a garage did the converter swap... bring it back to em and explain everything... if you did it yourself... i'll let someone else take over for me here... cause now im stumped...

i am gonna go back to the shop 2 moro. But i just took it out. and from a dead stop ill put my foot all the way down and it will bog for a cuple of seconds then take off. but it wont spin the tires for crap
