big problem with 1074 head gasket

after having my heads re-done again and buying the 1074 gaskets from jegs, the head gaskets blew again. It took me a while to figure it out but i was taking the plugs out to test compression and coolant poured out a couple of plugs. I took the heads off and the gaskets are wrong. The holes that allow the head bolts to pass through are off by about half the diameter of the original hole. If you put the gaskets on the block over the dowel pins, you can only see half of the bolt holes. Well.....when I installed them the first time, the head bolt pushed down on the gasket and cracked the steel ring around the combustion chamber in a few places and caused it to burn water. I even held the 1074 gaskets up to the 9966Pt gaskets (both fel-pro LT1 gaskets) and there is also a diff. I think it the gaskets were right I wouldnt have had this problem again.

Any suggestions on what you think I should do???

What kind of company is fel-pro when it comes to something like this??

I think you should pull the heads off, put some impala SS headgaskets on there(thinner), write fel pro a letter or email telling them what happened and call it a day.

I already have the heads off thats how I know what the problem was.
I think I will give them a call tonight b/c they've cost me a lot of money and time. I feel they owe me something for there mistake.

I already ordered more 1074 from jegs. Hoping they will be right.
