Better throttle response

It seems latley eveytime i floor it, or i am racing and i get to the point where i shift from half throttle to full it takes my trans a second or two.... most of the time two, to kick in and give me response to my request. I think if i had better trans response time, i can do better on performance.

My question is.... what will improve that response?

I have a B&M Shift Improver, and it does make my shifts firmer, but not my initial "flooring" of the throttle. In that case, my rpms build up so much that i chirp or sometimes spin.

I just had the Trans-go shift kit installed and it shifts right away, whether it is downshifting when I floor it or upshifting at the redline. It slams into gear and I love it. It still shifts very smoothly when I am not getting on it.
Go for it if you have the money
