I'd def. pull it out the bottom if possible.

 

Me and my buddy had mine out through the top in just an hour or lil more. Very easy and with disconnecting a lot less than what you guys have disconnected. Don't know why everyone says its so hard to take it out through the top.... All we did was pull the front bumper cover off and the raidator out and then pretty much pulled it out the top....
