I know this is an old thread, but I have a queston.

I have everything disconnected and am ready to drop the engine and lift the car, there in one thing im not sure on tho. the shaft from the steering wheel is still connnected to the rack and the rack is bolted to the subframe.. do I need to take somehting off, so is there a slip joint in thare that comes appart?..

Thanks

nevermind. I got it just took it appart. I got it out to~

I did it all alone and it took about 4 hours, but I had to put the subfrabe back it and make the car look like it was drivable (my comunity manager complained. Grr) gettin it all back in alone was HARD.. I will have help when there is an engine involved.

I would HIGHLY recomend some furnatur moving carts or somehting. I am going to build somehting should make it alot easier to get it in.
