Best way to gain better response?

What's the best ways to get a better throttle response? I want my car to eventually "jolt" by barely tapping the gas. I mean, I know there are mods that will increase better response, but are there some that are made especially for a better response? Thanks.

I want some 3.73's and I'd like a 52mm TB but everyone has been telling me that the TB won't do anything right now since I don't have hardly any mods.

You won't get much of a horse power increase with a larger throttle body but throttle response will increase. Your best bet for the "jolt" effect is to get 4.10 gears.

Gears will give you an immediate increase in torque multiplication without any other mods (it will feel quicker). Not saying it will or won't make your car faster. That depends on your particular set-up.

Thanks everyone. I can't tell you how much this message board has helped me and how much I've learned from being here.

I don't really want to go as high as 4.10's so...should I notice a pretty good difference in 3.73's?

3.73's would still be good for everyday driving. 4.10s would probably be to much on the highway everyday.

nice talking to you last night!

Stroker motor! Nothing beats the torque of bigger cubes.

The ONLY thing you'll notice from an air foil is a tad of throttle reponse, but that's what you're looking for.
I agree with the guys, gears will do the trick. At least, I hope so since that's what I'm doing next week.
