Best tranny fluid for a 700R4/4L60E?

Valvoline durablend Dextron3/Mercon5. A fluid rated at Mercon 5 is the best. Some guys like the Ford Mercon 5 but I refuse to put Ford stuff in my car. I switched to the Valvoline 6 months ago and can recommend it. It costs a few bucks more than regular Dextron 3.
