Arrow best spark plug wires for the money?

car has slight miss in the upper rpm level about 4-6grand...and the wires are stock...i changed plugs about 3 months ago, and that helped alot...some of the wires liked a little scorched so i think this might be causing my problem.

can you get a set of plug wires under $50 buck?...if not what are some good ones from the 50-75dollar range?

thanks for your time,
steve

I use NGK TR55s and they cost $1.99 a piece from Thunder Racing. With shipping its probably under $25 for sure. I got my Taylor over the valve cover wire kit at the same time so I dont know about the plugs alone.

I think he was asking about wires for that price.

I have Taylor OVC's but those are around $100. MSD's are around $80 and the Taylor Spiro (stock location) are $50.

I've had my Accel 9000 Extremes on for almost 3 years now. Still runs great.

My MSDs have been perfectly good. I got them for 95 bucks, but that was pretty expensive.

I've run both Taylor and MSD. I've got to tell you that the MSD's seem to be a little better quality. I also like some of MSD's little features like the plug wire number collars and the stripping tool that you get with the universal kit.

I've run Taylor & Magnecor and always had a slight high RPM miss, I went back to stock wires and no more miss.

Whoops.....the wires part must have been invisible to me. I like my Taylors, to me though, a spark plug wire is a spark plug wire. Taylor, MSD, Magnecore, whichever is cheaper. I got mine through Thunder Racing's kit so thats how I ended up with Taylors and I like them.

Cool

Magnecor's if you've got the bread.
Msd's===Replacement of the coil wire is only every 9-12 months.
Stock==Very good.Only replace the stock wire about every 6 months or so.
Acell extreem 9000's.Didn't work for me.Wires kept slippin off everything.Lasted less than a year.(other members like them but I really think they suck.)
Actually the stock wires (from previous posts,)are not too bad.

just get the ones from autozone, the cheap ones. Back when i had my truck i thought i would go all out and bought the bosch ones $59. The truck ran like crap. Took them out and got the cheap ones for $25 and it ran like a champ.
