forget the programmers and get a mail order tune or a dyno tune. Also, I don't know for sure, but I don't think 95's have chips. Somone correct me if I'm wrong.

'95's are programable, no need to change chips. The two choices for programmers are LT1_Edit and TunerCat. They each have strengths and weaknesses. LT1_Edit is more expensive. Both have web sites. www.carputing.com for LT1_Edit and www.tunercat.com for TunerCat.
