Best Plug Wires for Stock LT1

I've searched on this one several times and haven't quite been able to find a clear answer.

I want something that's going to be a direct replacement for the stock wires (i.e., fit into the existing clips). I don't see a need for 9-10 mm wires with stock ignition and OTV sets seem to be more for cars with headers.

The best price I've found on AC Delco replacement set is about $88. Local autoparts store has Bosch for about $60.

Are the Bosch (or other non-Delco) wires likely to fit and hold up as well as the Delcos? I'm not really looking forward to this job and I want it to go as trouble free as possible -- and I don't want to have to do it again next year!

Thanks,

Finn

You may what to try Taylor 8mm LT1 plug wires. It can be had for less than $50 from both Thunder Racing and Summit Racing.

No offense, but I'd stay away from the Taylors. Maybe just a bad experience for me. Sounds like the factory replacements will suit your needs just fine.
