I would go with OVC(over the valve cover) setup's only. Thunderracing.com has a good deal on the taylor OVC kit. BASically about any of the high end wires are going to be the same. Just look for your needs, all out race or noise suppression or a good mix daily driver wire set. I had to remove my alt to reach some of the passenger's side plugs. The driverside is'nt too bad, but small hand ARE required.

I use the Taylor OVC kit from Thunder Racing. I dont have AIR or EGR and the only obstacle is my header primaries so it is pretty easy. You can do plugs #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 and #7 from the top. Take off the starter and do #6 and #8 from the bottom easily. After cutting and crimping the wires, the driver's side can be done on top then hook up to the opti. I got underneath and took off the tensioner (2 10mm bolts) and routed the pass. side in the stock location with convulted tubing sround them to make sure they arent touching anything. The MAF and elbow have to come off to do the coil-opti wire.

I originally had the Taylor set from Thunder Racing. The OVC set is the way to go. I kept my looms, junked the Taylor wires, and bought MSD 8.5. MSD makes a better quality wire IMO. But they are a little more pricey.

Driver side installation is a breeze. Passenger side is a little harder. Its easier if you do remove the alternator. Your dipstick may get in the way too.
Getting the wires down near the AC compressor to the opti is where it gets tricky. Just take your time and be patient.

i went with the taylor spiro pros, for $50 from thunderracing.com

as stated, the driver side is cake, front 3 from the top and the back one from the bottom

for the passenger side, i took off the alternator, removed the pass. side motor mount bolt, jacked the motor up 2 inches, and was able to access ALL 4 plugs from the top with minimal problems.

my first time, changing plugs and wired, fitting them all through the stock looms, and all by myself...did it in under 4 hours taking my time.

oh and to route the pass. side along the front of the block, pull off the tensioner pulley, it's just 2 small bolts and it will make routing the wires cake!
