Best place for rebuild parts ?

Best place for rebuild parts ?
I need some help/suggestions as to where to get parts for my LT1 rebuild; My engine builder/machine shop have already been selected.
This is what I intend to buy:
1) 350 LT1 Crank kit preferably with forged rods/cast crank and either forged or hypereutectic pistons.
2) MAC mid-length headers/y-pipe
3) LT4 "Hot" Cam kit (selected due to car is a 120mi freeway round-trip daily driver and I dont want a MPG decrease)
Should I add a larger throttle body than stock ?
The heads will be stock LT1 with the bowls tear-dropped and the ports mildly hogged out by a local Michigan race-engine builder.
Most likely it will be bored 030 over.
Most likely it will NOT be professionally tuned, but I do own tuner-cat.
Any suggestions for part sources or other needs?

And for what your building and not pro-tuning a stock TB is fine, might want to look at new injectors, no sense running high milage ones when everything else is new, and a good cold air intake & K&N Filter but you would gain a lot with a tune! more than you think, and there are plenty of good tuners on here that you can mail your PCM to and they can see what your building on here and already have a tried and tested tune.

here we go local tuners on here that I use> tjwong he does all my tunes for my custom auto shop, LT1's and more also madwolf
I highly recommend these two guys. tuning is just as important as your build, otherwise just leave it all stock and dont expect any gains...

I already have a 1LE intake elbow, K&N FIPK, MSD coil, mild "custom" tune, and 3.5" off-road exhaust into a single Flowmaster.
Is a 54mm throttle body worth the $200.00 on Ebay ?
What will it gain with the combo (hot cam kit, ported heads, MAC headers) I'm putting together ?
My basically stock engine went 260,000 miles before puking a head gasket....I attribute a lot of the long life to running nothing but the best oils...Red Line or Royal Purple 20w50 EXCLUSIVELY (even in the winter).
I need to know if there will be any detriment to going with forged pistons instead of stock hypereutectic cast as I may add a 75-100hp shot of juice or a 6lb supercharger in the future.
