I have done a little searching and I can't really find what I wanted so where is the cheapest place to get the Nitto 555's(non drag radial)? My front tires are very bald and dangerous in the rain so I need to upgrade. Thanks.

Try Discount Tire. My experience has been really good with them and their prices are very competive, at least in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

 

I second Discount Tire. Last time I checked (Jan '03) they were roughly $162 each (275/17).

Thats where i bought my nitto tires. They have free shipping which helps if you work out the total prices. It's surprising tirerack doesn't carry nitto.

Oops I put a space in there. It's onlinetires.com, different place than tires.com or Discount tire. There actually $160, but with shipping, the DR was $148.

 

$148.00 sounds like a very good price....I have NT555's all the way around on my SS and I paid around $200.00 a tire from my local tire shop......but they mounted and balanced them for free.......
