Thanks for the info. Are you using a cat or any thing after the Y pipe. I was told that without a cat or "bullet" muffler the noise at cruise would be loud ???

FLP is Finish Line Performance and they make longtubes that come with emmission hookups, coating and y pipe with cats or off road pipes I believe. They cost ~$1200 or more--expensive compared to hooker and jet hot, but the ground clearance the headers provide make them worth the money for people with lowered cars.

Personally I like the Hooker longtubes. Since you are local you are more than welcome to stop by and take a look at mine if you want.

I vote for FLP's. (Of course I'm trying to help get a GP to go through so that may make me partial.)

TPIS long tubes definitely are gonna be goin on my car. They have the best ground clearance of any long tube header. you can also get Y pipes specially made for them in a package with or without cats like the FLPs but they are a lil better pricewise. As for power get the Hooker/ Jet-Hots (same design basically) the price is excellent as well. The two drawbacks however are ground clearance and no Y pipe offered. Mufflex does make one for the Hookers but many have complained about its fitment. So again...my vote...T.P.I.S long tubes,
