best lifters??

I've always heard the good about comp r's, but recently i've been seeing nothing but complaints on the newer comp r's. I'm looking for a good lifter for a head/cam swap. any info helps. thanx

Personally i think the stockers r very good but others will differ. when i built my motor i just some some new stockers from the general

2nd vote for stock replacements. I hear comp makes some good stock replacement lifters.

if you dont wanna deal with the R's (875's)...the the stock replacement from comp is #850-16
