Let's see how this thread works as a "sticky".

I may be asking too much, but it would be nice to see it cleaned up by someone and the meaningful suggestions listed in the first post.

Sifting through the trash is time consuming and that would be a ton of help

OK... no support for the sticky. I tried.... I don't have time to edit things. and the chronic complaining gets tiresome.

bye......

ThePartsLadi on eBay seems to be where everyone goes. If someone can find a place that sells them cheaper, please post.

this is misleading since autozone sells just the optical sensor for that plus you have to pay 150 for the cap and rotor from them. It was going to be 270 for an autozone opti that was rebuilt and i would have had to put it together vs thepartsladi's $270ish gm opti with 2 year warranty.

Apologies if you thought there was complaining, I was not. Nothing was directed at you, I was just stating that as a sticky it would be nice to have it cleaned up .

No worries

Nope. I thought the same thing when I ordered it Autozone online. When it showed up to the store it was fully assembled, with cap and rotor and warranty. Maybe it was a fluke but I got the whole opti assembly for $135.

I believe thepartsladi is no longer on ebay. I'm going to be getting one of the chandler optis that km9v gave a link to next week. I haven't heard anything negative about them yet.

thepartsladi went out of business at least 3 months ago, and screwed over a number of people who had orders placed.
