Best heads for LT1 Stroker 388?

I was wondering what would be the best head? I believe the stock LT1 heads are 54cc. Right now my car makes 12.1:1 compression. I was thinking these heads were some of the best:

1. LT4 Heads 54cc Chambers / 195cc Intake Runners / ???cc Exhaust (anyone know) / 2.00/1.55

2. Trick Flow heads 62cc Chambers / 195cc Intake Runners / 75cc Exhaust / 2.02/1.60 (these will lower my compression but I think they flow better)

If the LT4 heads have the same intake Id rather get them and put bigger valves because the smaller chamber gives more compression, but does the bigger chamber make more power? Because it can hold more fuel. If there are better heads let me know.

if u get the tickflows u can run domed pistons to raise your CR, or a thinner gasket or soemthing

i would just send LT1 heads off to lloyd elliot (eportworks.com)
or advancedinduction.com
the LE3s, or AI190cc/200CC will work great

lol thought your heads were badass? thought your dad had built cars from the ground up and made them badass?
id send my stockers to lloyd and get them done...tfs are better from what i understand if you get them ported, but end up costing way more than your stockers ported and barely make 10-15 more hp
lt4 heads are nice ported, if you can find them, and an intake to match

from what i understand, the only advantage that LT4 heads have over LT1 heads when both are ported the same, LT4 heads produce about 10HP more peak (over 6800 or so), thats iirc

With that many cubes you want the a bigger head. AFR would be the best way to go with the 210 or 220's, then have them hand ported. If you have money to burn the 227's are nice. They'd go good with a single plane intake and a monoblade tb.

How fast/quick are you trying to go? A set of properly ported stockers can work very well, especially with bigger valves...

My heads are badass, matched with intake and throttle body and make great power, just wondering what other things I could do.
