I`m just going to use a lt1 engine harness from a 95 z28
I think theres 2 companys that make headers for this swap but i can`t remember the other one. But the Kooks are the best they come with a plate that you bolt to the heads then you bolt the headers on. There a race header with 3 1/2 collector. I can change all the plugs in about 15 minutes and thats a big plus.

 

Did you consider putting a carb on it? I have a super vic and the hole is already there.....no more opti.....all I would have to to then is buy the TCI 4L60E controller and the plate that bolts in place of the opti and a distributor.

I could buy a regular carb super vic and sell my EFI/elbow/monoblade setup.

Man my brain is burning up with this idea....my engine trans combo would run in the mid 10's on motor and low 9's on a 200 shot with overdrive!!

Yes i did consider putting a carb on it and i still might if this ends up being to big of a headache. Yes i seen people useing the regular carb super vic intake but don`t you to modify the bolt holes or something ? Do you have more info or link with pics ?

buy the super vic for a vortec, its like $270 bolt hole line up....go that route. EFI is junk.....it does not compare in a race car
