Borla is loud! I have never heard the Loudmouth but it has to be louder. At least borla has a muffler. LM is a straight though design. My Magnaflow is very mellow but loud if you rip on it. Hooker is not stainless so I never even considered it.

I have LT's, no cat, y-pipe, and a delta 40 series Flowmaster truck muffler. Single 3" inlet and dual 2.5" on the left outlet. Sounds awesome and like no other car in town. I get compliments on it all the time. Some people will complain and say that flowmaster doesn't flow as well, but unless you are trying to extract every little 1 or two hp out of your car you will be fine with it.

Don't get a LM IMO.
