best chassis dyno?
Re: best chassis dyno?
Dynojets are the most accurate for back to back runs...they are excellent for finding hp gains that only show 2 hp and up. Because they have a fixed intertia weight (ours is 5400lb drums) the runs are always identical and very accurate.
Superflow's are excellent dyno's too they add the ability to load the motor down and tune based on load at a certain RPM which you cannot do with a dynojet. If you tune with a superflow load it harder than it would be on the street so that later under high heat or load conditions, detonation doesnt show up.
Don't have any experiance with the mustangs, but from what I hear from other shops, they are very inconsistant are prone to operator error.
Find a superflow or dynojet by looking up their website, they should have a listing of local dynos in your area.
