It will work but you really need to get a belt an inch shorter than stock works better, stock size has a bit of slack in it.....

Personally, I would do the swap, and then debate if you need a different belt.

I say this because having done the swap, it looks like your ability to use the same belt or the need to use a different belt is going to vary wildly, with no ryhme or reason to the make, model or year.
Some report needing a different belt, and some report not needing one.
Good luck!

Too weird, I have the 1LE pulley, and a stock length belt with no issues with slack. Feels just as tight as when I had the a/c compressor's pulley.

There were two different compressor pulleys (early and late design). Two different diameters. The a/c delete pulley comes in only one size. That's why some say the original belt will fit, while others say it won't.

I was having this problem with belts being thrown/shredding. While that problem is fixed, I went to the dealer for some answers on this same question. They have a first design belt and second design belt, just as shoebox has said about pulley size. The difference between the two is approx. 20mm which is not all that much. Both belts fit as I shredded the shorter belt prior to me fixing the problem. I have since gone back to the longer belt with no problems but I do carry a spare belt
