Ordering a set of main bearings, back of thrust bearing reads .001 (Assuming factory undersize) and the other main bearings have .0006 printed on the back. The journals are fine so I'm just planning on polishing the crank and throwing in a set of new bearings. Is it safe to assume I should order .001 undersized bearings?

 

Assume nothing. Mic the journals and buy bearings according to the readings. That's how it's done.
