BBK 58mm sticking at idle. Did the drill mod and IAC is 50.

Just installed a BBK 58mm TB. I have already dont the drill mod like in the stocker, set the TPS @ .70 and the IA motor has been cleaned and is bouncing between 50 and 55.

The throttle wants to stick just near idle with the engine running. However if the motor is NOT running, it does not stick at all. Sounds vacuum related. There are no signs of anything binding and the blades do not appear to be dragging.

Thoughts?

A lot of us had those same problems. Put an extra spring on the return and see how it acts.

added a pic of what I did

Another vote for the extra spring.

Managed to dial it in without an additional spring. Just seems very sensitive. If the prob em returns I will use the extra spring. Thanks guys.
