Cannot drive my car and it's my daily driver, please help

I'm getting a clicking coming from around the intake, I started unplugging connectors to see if I could get it to stop..........didn't achieve that goal, upon unplugging the injectors one by one on the drvr side I felt a clicking in the plug that goes on the injector......this clicking is draining my battery extremely quickly, I can go from a full charge to almost nothing in about two minutes, as the batttery charge diminishes, the time inbetween the clicking lengthens.

car will fire up everytime, run for about a minute with a good clean idle, and then choke sputter and die. I've done this repeatedly about 6 times.

replaced the reg. it was running rich....maybe because the clicking is the injectors firing when the motor isn't on?
replaced the plugs, they were of course all fouled
cleaned the MAF, it's not running long enough to use it though
currently combing the service manual for a solution

any input to shorten my search is always appreciated. thanks for your help guys

Re: Battery draining in conjunction with clicking at injectors

If your saying there is a draw on the battery when the key is off, the only thing I can think of to try is removing one fuse at a time until the draw goes away. Let us know what the fuse is and we'll go from there. Also, after you do that test, let us know what the grounds look like at the battery, the passenger fender and these 2 are critical. Near the ICM below the driver side head and right above the starter.

BTW, you don't have one of the BTA's do you? BTA is (Big Thumping Amp).
