bank 1 lean bank 2 ok, intake leak?

i have put my motor together driven the car some and did some datalogging...one bank was always leaner than the other. changed injectors and adjusted fuel pressure until i got one bank around 128 blms.

bank 1 was pegged at 160 but now is like 157 while bank 2 is 128.

i was very careful installing the intake and everything. is there anything else other than an intake leak that would cause this?

car is 94z
edelbrock ceramic headers
230-236 cam
fully p/p stock heads, stock vavles fresh valve job
ported intake, egr delete filled and opened for monoblade
stock tb for now
maf intact
stock rockers till tonight..

btw i had a severe lean condition, due to my intake elbow but thats now fixed. not sure if anything could have happened while the car was ran that lean (it was stalling at idle)

Could be an intake leak on that side, could be an exhaust leak before the O2 sensors, could be misfires, could be a faulty O2 sensor or wiring. Swap the O2 sensors side to side to see if the problem follows the sensor. That will rule out the O2 sensor.

What cells are you looking at? Is there any significant difference in the BLM's between the low load/low RPM cells and the high load/high RPM cells?

Just learning on this stuff....
i'm referring to the long term counts shown on datamaster table.
it's fairly consistant thru rpms.

both o2's are switching voltage fine....
now the driver side is the left column on datamaster right?!
if this is the case maybe it is o2, someone had broken off the ground and used a hose clamp to reattach it. i didn't replace it since it was switching voltage....could that be it?

It can be switching, but putting out the wrong voltage and screwing up the results.

Re: bank 1 lean bank 2 ok, intake leak?

well, swapped o2's last night, at first it seemed to change but then started climbing again...

started looking for leaks and found my pcv hose was cracked as was a vacuum plug on the tb below the pcv hose...fixed those and it improved.

idle still about 100 rpms high, i reprogrammed for my new tires and set both idles at 750 like i had wanted. car now idles at 800-900, occaisonally it'll dip below 800 but not often...iac pos is around 23 or so.

getting ready to bolt on some 1.6 pro mags as soon as i pickup some studs...take her for a datalog drive..

any other thoughts.
