Banjo-bolt seals

How many seals should I have for the banjo-bolts (used for the cooling lines in back of heads) in a rebuild kit?
I received 4 (thunder racing kit) so do I use 2 per banjo-bolt?

Yes, you use 2 per bolt 1 on either side of the cooling line.

Oh man, now I realize how one head would take two seals. Thanks for the reply.

Sleeper is correct. It requires one on each side of the crossover water connector(whatever it is called).

Anyone know an tricks to getting those bolts off? Last time I took the heads off I couldn't get them to budge so I just left them on.

They are just very tight and hard to break loose. I couldn't get mine off til' I removed the heads.

Pretty hard to get to them and even harder to get any leverage on them.
